Do you have safeguards in place if you were to be sued?

People are suing more every day, especially in our economic climate. My Firm has two “golden rules”: (1) Document EVERYTHING in writing and (2) Malpractice insurance; never leave home without it. What policies or procedures do you have in place as a business owner to mitigate the chances of you being sued successfully (because anyone can sue)? How can you strengthen those safeguards? Have you received an independent evaluation from an expert to know that they are adequate?
